Digital items

Purchases are for digital items and features delivered electronically for use within WildCards. No physical goods are shipped.

Eligibility and accounts

You must comply with Discord’s terms and policies and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Acceptable use

• Do not abuse, exploit, or attempt to disrupt the service.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Do not use the service for illegal activities.

Payments and disputes

All payments are handled by Stripe. If a payment is refunded or reversed (including via dispute/chargeback), we may revoke associated digital items or access.

Changes and termination

We may update the service or these Terms over time. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, or policy violations.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
