WildCards sells digital items delivered instantly for use inside the application.

General policy

Because digital items are delivered immediately, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you experience a problem with delivery or functionality, contact support and we will help.

When a refund may be granted

  • You were charged but did not receive the digital item.
  • A technical issue prevented the item from being usable as described.
  • Unauthorized payment (we may request verification details).

Chargebacks and disputes

If a payment is disputed or charged back, we may revoke associated digital items or access to prevent fraud and loss.
